Order Processing
NanilaLuxeHair processes all orders immediately after they are placed. Because of this, changes and cancellations cannot be made once an order is confirmed. Customers should carefully review all details, including items and shipping address, before submitting payment. NanilaLuxeHair is not responsible for stylist appointments, scheduling conflicts, or additional costs resulting from shipping delays or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept standard debit and credit card payments. Klarna is available for customers who prefer flexible installment options at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery
We provide domestic and international shipping. Orders typically ship within one to three business days after payment is cleared. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country. All packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, NanilaLuxeHair is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns Exchanges and Refunds
All sales are final due to hygiene and product safety standards. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within three days of delivery and provide clear photos or video for review. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Once approved, store credit or a replacement will be issued. Refunds are only available for orders canceled within the first twenty four hours. Custom wig orders and special request items are always final sale.

Quality Assurance
All bundles are inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. If a customer believes their product is defective, they must contact us immediately. Any processing, including coloring, bleaching, perming, cutting, or excessive heat, voids eligibility for quality claims.

Website Use and Customer Responsibilities
Users must be at least eighteen years old or have parental consent. Customers agree not to engage in fraudulent activity or attempt to disrupt website functionality. All content on the site, including text, photos, and branding, belongs to NanilaLuxeHair and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
